The open-plan living and dining room, including a modern kitchenette, is enclosed by floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors with direct access to the beachfront terrace and the al fresco dining area, and the stone jacuzzi. With a beach-chic styling, colour-washed walls, contemporary and wooden furnishings, Golden Sands is inspired by the lines and colours of the island. Two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, and high beamed ceilings, and both with French windows opening out towards the sea. The sea in front of the house is accessed by two short wooden ladders from the sandy terrace and a further wide sandy beach at Spiaggia Marza can be reached by walking 100m along the coast road to the rear of the property.
