Charming and relaxed boutique hotel in Guanacaste, on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula

Rooms from £210 per night. Flights, transfers and tailor-made itineraries available

Standing in harmony with its neighbouring communities, Hotel Punta Islita is a secluded beachfront getaway brimming with the authentic charm and culture, enveloped by the extraordinary natural biodiversity of Costa Rica. Stylish yet relaxed, it's perfect for family holidays, romantic getaways and honeymoons.

Punta Islita is a small and intimate resort of just 30 palm thatched guest rooms, and its tiered hillside layout enables wonderful ocean or mountain views from all the secluded 'cabin style' guest rooms and suites. Options range from spacious deluxe rooms and suites with a jacuzzi, to casitas with plunge pools and 2 or 3 bedroom family villas with a private pool. All have cool, tiled floors and neutral wall colours enlivened by splashes of colour from freshly cut flowers, soft furnishings and local art. Meanwhile, exposed wood detail lends an authentic, beach cabin flavour.

Hotel Punta Islita is set along the jungle covered Nicoya Peninsula of Guanacaste Province. From howler monkeys to red macaws, the surrounding tropical forest offers unforgettable sights and sounds.
