Villa Tocchi comprises three adjoining buildings, with 14 bedrooms (all ensuite) and various comfortable lounges. The bedrooms also open off the lounges where guests can sit and relax on comfy sofas and enjoy a peaceful time reading, listening to music by the fireplace. Despite the conservation of most of its original features, all the spaces in the villa are equipped with modern facilities to meet your needs, combining tradition and luxury:  flat screen TV with satellite link, fast internet connection, underfloor heating supplied with hot water from a biomass-fuelled boiler and solar photovoltaic and thermal panels. You can also, if requested, enjoy the “cellar-effect” cooling system located under the floor.

Wellness
Within the property, you will also find a wellness centre with a large range of activities such as indoor hot baths, a Turkish bath, two swimming pools with cascades, a yoga room and a fully equipped gym. The calidarium, frigidarium and tepidarium, three large pools each contening water at a different temperature, will also be at your disposal and offer you a unique sensory experience. The villa will also give you the opportunity to enjoy the traditional welcome treatment consisting of a refreshing sauna, followed by massage with pure honey and medicinal herbs.

Activities

The residence offers a large range of activities, from trips on horseback for experienced riders to excursions with our donkeys or trekking with or without a guide. For the less adventurous, the villa also offers more subdued activities such as courses of traditional cooking, oil and wine tasting. And for those looking for relaxation, you can enjoy yoga courses, Tai Chi courses, or massages.
