This very private property is set in quiet sunny gardens within walking distance of the picturesque town of Campanet, one of a cluster of pretty atmospheric villages of Northern Mallorca set at the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. Brightly coloured oleanders line the drive down to the honey coloured finca. Outside, the shaded veranda provides ample soft seating, with sunbeds dotted around the private pool. Shops and restaurants can be found nearby in atmospheric Campanet, along with tennis courts, a very large ‘training’ swimming pool with children’s pool and bar area. The villa is also within easy reach of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and its beaches, which are just a fifteen minute drive away.

For entertainment, there's satellite TV, wi-fi, DVD player. Villa essentials include washing machine, iron / ironing board, and air-conditioning in sitting room and bedrooms. Complimentary travel cot and high chair available upon request.

Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.

It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is 42km from the airport.
