Accommodation
The villa is built around a traditional fountain courtyard, from which the 3 double and one twin/double bedrooms are accessed. All bedrooms are spacious and air-conditioned (with fireplaces for colder months), with en suite bath or shower rooms and all open to furnished, shaded terraces that lead out to the extensive gardens with a fabulous 14m swimming pool. The rest of the house comprises a cloakroom, an elegant sitting room with dining area, with French doors opening to the courtyard on one side and terrace with soft seating and gardens, with a comfortable shaded gazebo, on the other. On the roof, there's large furnished terrace with outstanding panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks of the towering Atlas Mountains.

Private swimming pool 14m x 5m (1m to 2m deep), pool towels, BBQ, extensive gardens. Indoor and outdoor dining options. For entertainment, there's wifi, stereo, DVD player, satellite TV, table tennis, library. Villa essentials include washing machine, tumble dryer, and a safe and hair dryer in all bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The property has a non-resident Villa Manager and comes with a cook who prepares 3 meals per day 7 day(s) per week, and daily maid service.

Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
