The villa is set in 3.5 acres of private grounds, and comes with fabulous outdoor living spaces and a 12m salt-water infinity pool. The shaded poolside living / dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy some shade once you have had enough of sun bathing beside the pool. Inside, the villa is very well equipped and offers spacious, light-filled living spaces. Ca'n Filani is in peaceful location, yet is very close to charming Santa Margalida and just a few miles from the north east coast. The nature reserve of S’Albufera that borders Santa Margarita is a must for hikers.

With a choice of al fresco dining options, the villa also a choice of indoor dining places too, plus a large sitting room, and cinema-style TV room. Can Filani has 3 double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom; the other two double bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, jacuzzi bathtub. There's also an en suite twin bedroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

All the amenities of Santa Margalida are 3.3km away. For beaches, there's Playa de Alcudia, Can Picafort and Son Baulo - all 13km away.
Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.

It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is 46km from the airport in Palma.
