Accommodation
The villa has 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All are en suite and all open on to a terrace. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor with its own large roof terrace and spectacular Atlas Mountain views. One of the double bedrooms is in a Garden Suite, separate to the main villa.
The dining room and earth-toned sitting room are complemented, for al fresco living, by a tiled and shaded dining terrace overlooking the garden.
Facilities
Private heatable swimming pool 13m x 5m, (1m to 1.7m deep), pool towels, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, shaded garden seating. Access to tennis court and fitness studio on the estate. For entertainment, there's wifi, iPod docks in all rooms, TV for DVD player.

Villa Rental Includes
The villa manager / concierge welcomes guests on arrival and assists with all additional services (cook service, transfers, private excursions, spa treatments, laundry etc.) as required. Villa rental includes daily breakfast and daily maid service. The cook can prepare lunch and dinner for guests, with prices starting from £12 and £18 per person respectively.

Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
Getting Here
Flying time from UK to Marrakech is 3 hours, followed by a 35 minute transfer to the villa.
