The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful location and offers luxury with a maximum of privacy - with lovely outside spaces perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan sun. Inside, the airy open-plan living space looks out over the heated salt-water pool (on both the ground floor and first floor), and across the vineyards and lovely rural landscapes.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Facilities
Private heated salt-water 10.5m x 4.7m swimming pool (0.5m to 1.6m deep), pool towels, Bali lounge-bed, sun loungers. The 15m × 5m porch is perfect for al fresco dining, with magnificent views. Guests can use a tennis court (shared with the adjacent villa), a tennis table tennis, a basketball hoop and, inside, a pool table.
The villa has a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen and a BBQ house with wood oven. There are two lounges which offer plenty of entertainment, including a cosy TV room with Dolby sound.
All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and underfloor heating.

The villa is located between the charming towns of Selva and Moscari, and enjoys amazing towards the Alcudia Bay and the Tramuntana mountains. Guests can enjoy walks in the stunning 30-hectares of vineyard, forest and Mediterranean gardens. There are many possibilities for hiking, biking and beaches are easily accessible.
Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.
Getting Here
It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is 63km from the airport in Palma.
