The house also has an expansive terrace with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains.

With indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a 12m pool with sun loungers and outdoor comfortable seating on the pool terrace (and on the roof terrace), fabulous open-plan living space inside. This luxury villa also has 5 ensuite bedrooms, all with a dressing room, safe, TV and air-conditioning.
The 3 ground floor bedrooms comprise 2 doubles and one twin (can be made as double).
The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (can be made as a double), plus an extra single bed. The upstairs bedrooms both have a balcony / terrace.
The private gardens span 1,400 m², in the heart of a private estate.
Facilities
Private heatable swimming pool 12m x 4.5m (1.6m deep), pool towels, sun loungers, garden dining gazebo, Jacuzzi, BBQ, shaded relaxation terrace. Spacious open plan living space and a fully equipped modern kitchen. For entertainment, there's wifi, satellite TV, multi-room sound system, pool table, table football.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
Villa Rental Includes
The price includes breakfasts, as well as the services of a housekeeper who will clean the villa on a daily basis.
The villa is not self catering. For an additional charge, the cook will prepare lunch and dinner according to your wishes, from €20 per adult per meal. Children under 12 are half price.

Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is very hot and sunny in July and August, but for the rest of the year it's fabulous. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
