The villa has been restored to exacting standards both inside and out, perfectly illustrating how to blend timeless elegance and 21st-century luxury. With two pools and plenty of shaded relaxation and dining spaces, al fresco life at Tenuta Falconeri is utterly fabulous and the 100-acre estate surrounding the property is planted with thousands of lemon trees - acting as a secluding and joyous buffer against the outside world. Tenuta Falconeri rises on the crest of a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea and Sicily's southeast coastline, between Syracuse and Noto.
Accommodation
Accommodation is spread over two separate wings, one hosting the communal areas, the other the bedrooms.
The living area includes a spacious open-plan living and dining pavilion, whose walls of glass, lofty white wood-beamed ceilings and creamy stone flooring combine to create a lovely airy environment. There's also a professionally equipped kitchen where your private chef will rustle up delicious Sicilian feasts using ingredients grown on the estate.
Just across the courtyard from the communal wing are the sleeping quarters, which comprise two suites and four bedrooms:

There is an interconnecting door between bedrooms 4 and 5, which can be locked or left open.
Facilities
Private infinity pool (25m x 12m) in an area designed for those who wish to spend the whole day swimming, sunbathing and lounging in the shade. There are shady pergolas, numerous sitting areas, daybeds, loungers, a bar, showers, a WC and a dining area. There's also a separate courtyard pool (7m x 4m). Fully equipped professional kitchen. For entertainment, there is table tennis, high-speed wifi, Smart TV.
Utilities include air-conditioning, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, safes.
Villa Rental Includes
A daily cleaning service (up to 4 hours in the morning, and 3 hours in the afternoon, including Sundays and Bank Holidays) and a mid-week linen change. Daily continental breakfast (ingredients included) and a daily cook service for lunch and dinner day (ingredients are extra and paid for locally against receipts).

Neighbourhood
There is much to see nearby, starting with Syracuse, whose historic island centre, Ortigia, and world-famous archaeological site is a 20-minute drive away. Syracuse is home to numerous excellent restaurants, bars, independent shops and a flourishing food market.
Other towns within easy reach include Noto, Modica, Ragusa, and Scicli, whose glorious baroque town centres are united as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Cassibile and Fontane Bianche are less than 10 minutes away. Fontane Bianche is also home to a beautiful bay and arc of golden sand..
