With a wonderful seafront position just outside delightful baroque Avola, Cala Due is actually a pair of villas that form one beautiful home. Perfect for two families travelling together or for a large group that likes to mix convivial gatherings with more private, quieter moments, Cala Due has much to offer, not least its close proximity to sandy beaches and the wonders of the Val di Noto on the island's glorious south east coast.

Accommodation

Cala Due is two identical houses, one set slightly back from the other. The description below is valid for both:
Entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, spacious drawing room, cloakroom, terraces.

Facilities

Private swimming pool 13.5m x 4m, pool towels, sun loungers, shaded comfy seating area, al fresco dining terrace, BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment, there's wifi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers. Air-conditioned throughout.

Villa Rental Includes

A daily cleaning service (up to 6 hours/day, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) and a mid-week linen change.

We can arrange a cook service at an additional charge.

24/7 local support service.

Neighbourhood

Apart from the beach accessed via a 2-minute stroll from the bottom of the garden, there are many other beautiful stretches of sand to explore in the area, including those at Gallina, Oasi Gelsomineto and Fontane Bianche (all within a 5-to-10-minute drive).

The villa is 4km from the beautiful baroque town of Avola, with shops, restaurants, cafés and other amenities.

Noto is a short drive, and Syracuse is just half an hour away.

Mediterranean climate. Warm and sunny from Spring to Autumn, with temperatures around 30°C during July and August.

Getting Here

Fly to Catania, followed by a 45 minute drive. We can arrange flights and car hire for you.
