Neighbourhood
The villa is located at the water's edge, in the south-east of the island, near Portopetro. Beautiful beaches are 5 minutes by car. Cala d'Or is very lively for restaurants / bars at 2 kms. Santanyi is 12 km away..
Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.
Getting Here
It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is a 40 minute drive from the airport in Palma.
