Set in lush, beautifully maintained gardens of 2.5 acres, with orange trees, palms and hundred-year-old olive trees, this luxury property is highly regarded for its excellent, friendly staff and the quality of its cuisine. The villa is a haven of calm and refinement for a stay with friends or family, yet is just 10 minutes from the bustling Jemaa El Fna square and its colourful souks.
Accommodation
The main house has indoor and outdoor dining spaces, indoor and outdoor comfy seating, and 2 kitchens: a service kitchen and a preparation kitchen with its particularly competent team. The main house also has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, all with private terraces. All four bedrooms are double (but can be made into twins), with ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
In the gardens, there are three luxurious pavilions, each with one ensuite double bedroom (can be twin) and terraces leading on to the gardens. Two of the pavilions are substantial, with the extra luxury of a drawing room (which can both accommodate two additional bench beds either side of the fireplace) and a dressing room.
Facilities
Large, heatable private swimming pool (15m x 6m), pool towels, outdoor dining and seating areas, petanque, badminton, volley ball net, table tennis. For entertainment, there's fibre-optic broadband / wifi, TV, indoor / outdoor Bose sound system, cards and board games.

The fully staffed villa includes daily maid service and daily breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee, a bottle of water per day and per person, round-trip airport transfers, air-conditioning, wifi, and a local concierge service.

Catering for lunch and dinner is available under a choice of two formats:
Option One: The chef prepares the meals to your taste and you pay: 24 € / pers for lunch (starter, main course, dessert, still water, tea or filter coffee) 30 € / pers for dinner (starter, main course, dessert, still water, tea or filter coffee)
Children under 12: 50% discount with a special children's menu
Option Two: Villa staff do the shopping. Guests pay cash for shopping as and when they need it, and pay only for meal preparation and table service 10 € / meal / pers aged 12 and over 5 € / meal / child aged 4 to 12. This option only available for a minimum of 7 nights and for groups of minimum 8 and maximum 20 people.
The villa offers a wine list. However, if you wish to bring your own bottles of wine and alcohol, the villa will charge a corkage fee:

from €1.50 per bottle or can of beer.
Neighbourhood
Ten minutes from the famous medina and main square of Marrakech. Also close by are the Oasiria water park, Atlas Golf Marrakech and 9 other courses within 15 min.
Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
