Accommodation
Dar Challa has 8 luxury bedroom suites with four on the garden floor and four on the first floor. All have ensuite bathrooms, private terraces and air-conditioning. The accommodation is crisp, stylish and contemporary. The villa has a large living room overlooking the shaded terrace and an adjacent TV lounge with fireplace, plus a dining room that seats up to 12.
Facilities
Private swimming pool, pool towels, hot tub, outdoor dining and seating areas, BBQ, roof terrace. For entertainment, there's wifi, TV, DVD player and library, stereo system, iPod dock, books, cards and board games.
Villa Rental Includes
The fully staffed villa includes airport transfer, air-conditioning/heating, an excellent cook, butler and maid, and breakfast. Waiting service for all meals (guests just pay for food and drinks when the staff return from shopping).
Neighbourhood
In the Palmeraie of Marrakech, neighbouring the famous Ksar Char-Bagh palace, Dar Challa is close to the 3 excellent golf courses: Golf de la Palmeraie, Royal Golf, and Amelkis. The villa is also only 15 minutes from the main square square and the souks.
Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
