The westerly setting of this contemporary stone built villa is perfectly positioned for panoramic sea views and to enjoying sunsets, and its spacious terraces are elegantly furnished for outdoor living - with al fresco sitting and dining areas. Inside, under vaulted ceilings, traditional materials blend with stylish décor, with art and throws in soft tones of blue in keeping with the coastal setting. Bedrooms are in soft white and subtle colours and are comfortable and functional, each with air conditioning, and an en suite or adjacent shower room. The airy vaulted living room catches cooling sea breezes, and opens on to a broad veranda. From here a path leads to the well-equipped outside kitchen area and shaded dining area beside the 10m infinity pool.

For entertainment there's wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, Stellite TV (limited English speaking channels). Villa essentials include washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryers for all rooms, iron and ironing board, safe. Air-conditioned throughout.

Neighbourhood
Very privately positioned, the nearest restaurant is 700m away, whilst banks, supermarkets, shops, harbour and boat rental and boat trips, in Santa Maria di Leuca is just 3kms. Beaches and lively beach clubs are also within a short drive and we recommend
Gallipoli, Nardo, Otranto and Lecce for day trips.
Weather & Seasons
The climate in Puglia is generally warm sunny and dry in April/May and again in October with the risk of the odd shower of rain. Sometimes it can be cool in the evenings. By June the weather settles in a pattern of long hot sunny days and balmy evenings especially in July and August when it can get a bit humid. Rain is unlikely but it can happen from time to time. June and September are particularly pleasurable months.
