Private swimming pool 7m x 5m (0.8m to 1.7 deep), pool towels provided. Outdoor built-in BBQ. Kitchen comes with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, espresso machine and dishwasher. For entertainment, there's satellite TV (limited English channels), wifi, CD and DVD player.
Villa essentials include air-conditioning throughout, washing machine, hair dryer, safe and mosquito screens.

Neighbourhood
Perigiali village is in walking distance (just over 1km), with a handy mini-market and bakery, and Passa beach is a little bit further on. The shops and water sports in bustling Nidri are 2km along the coast, and there are three tavernas in between.
