Lower Level: Utility room, cinema / media room, small kitchen (with microwave, sink and fridge), Spa area with sauna, steam room, indoor pool, shower and WC, and gym.

Private swimming pool 15m x 8m (1.6 m to 4m deep), outdoor shower, heated indoor pool 8m x 3m (1.3m deep). BBQ and outdoor al fresco dining terrace. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave. For entertainment, there's wifi, TV, DVD players, cinema / media room. Villa also has washing machine, tumble dryer, safe, iron & ironing board, cot, high chair, hairdryers. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
