Set into the hillside with panoramic views across the beautiful bay of Kalkan, this modern five bedroom villa is a great choice for a group of friends or family. If you can drag yourself away from the villa, Kalkan and its array of restaurants, bars and shops is a 10 minute walk, and Kalkan beach just 5 minutes further.
Accommodation
Ground floor: impressive open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening on to the fabulous pool terrace. Along with the 14m infinity pool, with built-in children’s pool, there's an al fresco dining area and shaded seating area in which to relax and watch the sunset; one of the en suite double bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are a further two double bedrooms, both with in-room Jacuzzi baths, and one en suite twin bedroom; all with access to sea view balconies. The top floor has a further en suite double bedroom with a large sea view roof terrace.

Private swimming pool 14m x 4m (1.5m deep), 3m x 3m kids' pool, BBQ, al fresco dining, shaded comfy seating.
Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave. For entertainment, there's wifi throughout, TV and DVD library. Utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Table tennis. Air-conditioning throughout.

4 hour flight to Dalaman from London, followed by a 120km drive (approx. 1 hour 50 minutes).
