Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave. For entertainment, there's wifi throughout, Sky TV, Smart TV with Netflix, CD and DVD player, blue-tooth speaker. Villa essentials include, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryers, laptop safes. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the sitting room.

Villa Rental Includes
Welcome provisions, maid service provided for 4 hours per day 6 days per week, breakfast service (cost of food not included), cook service for lunch and dinner can be arranged at a charge. Concierge service. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
Neighbourhood
Nearest beach is a 2 minute walk below the villa, whilst Avlaki beach and taverna are 15 minutes walk. The restaurants, bars, supermarkets and nightlife of Kassiopi are a 10 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and bars of St Stephano (5km) and Kalamaki's sandy beach is 4.5km.

Best from May to September, and hottest in July and August with daytime high temperatures around 30°C.
