Part of an exclusive luxury villa collection in the heart of a 19th-century estate, the property enjoys a gorgeous location on a wooded hillside adjacent to orchards and olive groves.
Casa Matteucci's expansive grounds encompass a lovely lawned area with a large private swimming pool, with a shaded garden gazebo and a terraced dining area, perfect for alfresco entertaining.

Chef to prepare lunch or dinner daily, except Wednesdays. Groceries payable locally at a flat-rate of EUR 45-55 per person per meal.
Breakfast service daily, except Wednesdays. Groceries payable locally at a flat-rate of EUR 15 per person per breakfast.
50 percent discount for children on all meals.
Maid service daily. Service not included on Sundays.
An English-speaking concierge is available daily for assistance and to answer any questions you might have about the villa or the surrounding.
Central heating, wireless broadband internet.
Cost of utilities (water, gas), electricity (and therefore air-conditioning) is included up to 750 KwH per week.

The villa is part of an exclusive compound including Villa Controni (11 bedrooms) and Villa del Fattore (8 bedrooms), although the villa remains private with its own garden and pool.

Weather & Seasons
The climate in Tusacany is generally warm, sunny and dry from April/May to October. By June the weather settles in a pattern of long hot sunny days and balmy evenings especially in July and August with highs of up to 35C.
