Dar Zemora is a beautiful country house style hotel in the smart Palmeraie district just outside Marrakech, yet still with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech's Medina. This charming, boutique hotel has two luxurious and spacious suites, each with their own private terraces, three elegant double bedrooms, and a two bedroom Pavilion with a private swimming pool. All are individually designed with traditional Moroccan finishes, but boasting contemporary comfort to create atmospheric, luxurious accommodation.

If you can tear yourself away from the peace and tranquillity of Dar Zemora, there's plenty nearby to enjoy. Head into Marrakech's world famous medina (we have some excellent guides) or spend the day walking in the majestic Atlas Mountains. Perhaps you would like to go hot air ballooning or horse riding or play golf on one of the excellent courses now on offer around Marrakech?

Facilities & Services

The deep red-walled dining room and its terrace overlooking the lily pond are the perfect spot for Dar Zemora's fine breakfasts with produce from the garden. A two course lunch is served daily. In the evening Dinner is served at 8.30pm. Jamila prepares a Moroccan Fine cuisine of three courses every evening except Sunday, when a more traditional Moroccan four-course dinner is served. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, in your room or suite or at any chosen spot around the hotel and its gardens. Dar Zemora's three sitting rooms are all distinct in character and provide cosy places to relax and enjoy a book or an after dinner drink. There is also a library with comfy leather armchairs and WiFi. The hotel's swimming pool is just lovely with comfortable cushioned teak loungers (complete with sun hats) looking out over perfumed gardens. Dar Zemora also has a traditional Moroccan spa, with hammam and treatment rooms where massages and other therapies can be enjoyed.

Weather & Seasons

Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
