A charming, contemporary villa that's just 300m from the sea. The villa comes with a large pool, outdoor kitchen with shaded alfresco dining, a private floodlit tennis court and a sauna. This luxury property can accommodate up to 23 guests in comfort, and enjoys magnificent views over the Corinthian Gulf and the surrounding hills. Located near the famous Spa town of Loutraki, and within a mere 15 minute walk from the beautiful beaches and tavernas of Skaloma and Blue Lake, the villa is the perfect base from which to explore the Peloponnese region - and just over an hour from Athens.

Ground floor: large open plan living space comprising lounge / dining and fully equipped modern kitchen; plus two ensuite double bedrooms - one with sea view and one with garden view.

Facilities
Private 12m swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, roofed BBQ area for grills with two tables for 21 people, a pizza oven, a bar, fridge, sink and ceiling fan, along with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing as well as outdoor speakers for the pool area. A private tennis court with floodlights and a basketball corner. Villa essentials include air-conditioning, wifi, DVD player, flatscreen TVs, indoor/outdoor sound system.
Villa Rental Includes
Bed and household linens, cleaning twice per week, midweek linen change, electricity, water, gas, house cleaning upon departure, wifi, garden and pool maintenance.
For special occasions we can organise just about anything you wish, from chef cooked meals (gourmet or regular Greek), set up of small concert equipment on the tennis court etc. so things like anniversaries and even weddings can be hosted. Also, daily breakfasts, lunches and dinners possible upon request as an extra option.
Neighbourhood
The villa is only few minutes drive away from Greece’s most famous Spa Town and casino, as well as its plethora of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. Sandy beach 300m. Children’s beach club 1km. Vouliagmeni lake where there are plenty of tavernas is 600m. Perachora supermarkets, bakeries and shops in 5km. Supermarkets in Loutraki is 10km.
Weather & Seasons
Best from May to September, and hottest in July and August with daytime high temperatures around 30°C.

Athens airport is 80km - about 70 minutes away.
