To help ensure that your stay is as relaxing and memorable as possible, the villa staff prepare all meals, allowing guests to combine a sunny, sophisticated city break with exploring
the great outdoors.
Accommodation
The entrance leads into a delightful, traditionally styled fountain courtyard and on into the impressive drawing room, library, sitting room with TV and two dining spaces. Also on the ground floor, there's a cloakroom and fully staffed kitchen, and two substantial double bedroom suites (one leading through to a twin bedroom), and a further double bedroom and single bedroom that share a shower room. On the first floor, there's a double bedroom suite with 4 poster bed with alcove with 2 single beds and private balcony and bathroom with separate shower, another en suite twin bedroom, and the Master Bedroom Suite which also has a dressing area and private terrace; plus a further double bedroom with shower room en suite with steps up to central furnished roof terrace (this is the only bedroom without air conditioning).
The Garden Pavilion has a double bedroom with shower room en suite opening to terrace, a sitting room with TV opening on to a terrace, cloakroom, and two twin / double bedrooms, each with shower room en suite opening to gardens.
Al fresco dinners can be enjoyed on the terrace and lunches by the pool.

Private heatable swimming pool 14m x 4m, (0.5m to 1.6m deep), outdoor shower, pool house with loo and shower. Table tennis.
For entertainment, there's wifi, 2 Smart TVs, Satellite TV, iPod dock and CD player.
Air-conditioning throughout (except for one bedroom). Laundry facilities.
Villa Rental Includes
The non-resident Villa Manager / Concierge manages a team of eleven staff including the cook and assistant, housekeeping staff, waiting staff/housemen, gardeners and a gatekeeper. All staff are included in the rental fee, as is air conditioning. Food and drinks are payable locally, and all meals are prepared for you. The Villa Manager will welcome you on arrival, can advise on restaurant and shopping recommendations and will be available by telephone during your stay.

Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
Getting Here
Flying time from UK to Marrakech is 3 hours, followed by a 30 minute transfer to the villa.
