Set on a gentle slope above beautiful Lourdas Bay on the south west coast of the island, the house (built in 2020) has both fantastic sea and mountain views (Mount Ainos) from its peaceful, private location, and is surrounded by hundreds of olive trees. With just an 800m walk to a large sandy beach - and its traditional tavernas and bars - this bright and airy villa mixes contemporary, cycladic and kefalonian styles to great effect. With a very large swimming pool and excellent outdoor and indoor living spaces, Villa Ilios is an excellent choice for a large gathering of friends or family.

The property is divided in 3 independent parts in order for all to enjoy the views.
The main house has a large pergola set up for all meals, with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, double fridge, 2 dishwashers, double plancha area in the main pergola and dining space for 26 people. The main house also has a living room and a TV room with a library.
Two additional buildings have a selection of bedrooms.
In total, there are 11 bedrooms, all with private terraces and air-conditioning, as follows:

4 double bedrooms with an additional single bed (90cm), with ensuite shower

Neighbourhood
The villa is located 800m from Lourdas beach, with traditional tavernas, bars, mini-markets. Also in walking distance are two further beaches, Sissia and Lefka, that are only accessible on foot. Great hikes in Mount Ainos Natural Park are recommended!

Best from May to September, and hottest in July and August with daytime high temperatures around 30°C.
