Approached along a cypress-lined driveway in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, this spacious, peaceful and luxurious 3 bedroom Mallorca villa is well placed for easy access to Pollença's bustling old town and to hiking trails, water sports and golf.
Accommodation
Outside, wrap-around terraces are covered for shade and furnished for dining, relaxing and enjoying sundowners whilst the swimming pool is set in the lawn surrounded by clustered palm trees and flower borders. Beneath the beamed ceilings of Ca’n Tierra’s interiors, the ground floor comprises Entrance Hall, Cloakroom, Utility Room, Sitting Room (on to terrace), an open plan Kitchen / Dining Room opening to BBQ area. There's also a Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Shower Room. On the first floor, the Master Double Bedroom has dressing area and bathroom en suite (with bath and separate shower), opening to terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Facilities
Private swimming pool 9m x 5m (up to 2m deep from shallow end), pool towels provided. Al fresco dining spaces, BBQ, table tennis.
Kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, juicer, coffee machine. Utility Room with washing machine, dryer, iron, safe and 3 hair dryers. For entertainment there's wifi, TV and DVD player, Sonos sound system. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
Villa Rental Includes
Welcome pack and maid service mid week (with towel change) and Saturdays. A complimentary travel cot and a high chair available on request.
Cook service is available on request, subject to availability at an additional cost (payable locally) and should be booked well in advance.

Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.

It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is 55km from Palma.
