The infinity pool has in-pool benches and stone steps lead down to a sundeck and access to sea bathing from the rocks and sandy mini-beach. Moments away from picturesque Porto Petro with at least six restaurants on the waterfront and further restaurants, supermarket in the village, the villa is a five minute drive from bars, beaches and restaurants in livelier Cala d’Or and also within very easy reach of the splendid sandy beaches in the National Park of Cala Mondrago.
Accommodation
The entrance level has a cloakroom and an open plan living / dining area with kitchen opening on to the palm garden cocktail / dining terrace with uninterrupted sea views. This floor has an en suite twin bedroom and also the master double bedroom with bathroom and separate shower en suite. On the lower (pool) level there's an al fresco chill-out area with deep-cushioned seating, kitchenette, WC, sitting room opening to gardens, plus 3 twin en suite bedrooms opening to pool area and / or gardens. The property is air-conditioned throughout.

Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.

It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is 50km from the airport.
