The villa is an elegant family home, with natural stone walls and neutral interiors giving a feeling of relaxed luxury throughout. Outside there is an enviably large private pool with panoramic views of the coast, and pretty gardens. The sandy beach and turquoise waters of the renowned Cala Mondrago are nearby, whilst the closest beach at Cala Sa Torre is visible from the villa and approximately 400 metres away. Tennis courts, shops and restaurants of waterside Porto Petro are within walking distance.

For entertainment, there's wifi, satellite TV (limited English speaking channels) and DVD player. Villa essentials include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Villa Rental Includes
Welcome pack and maid service 3 hours, 2 days per week. Breakfast service is available at an additional cost. A complimentary travel cot and a high chair available on request.

Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.

It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is 50km from the airport.
