Ground Floor: cinema room, gym, double bedroom with shower room en suite.
First Floor: entrance hall, vast open plan living space with Gaggenhau kitchen, elegant seating areas living and dining table. Plus, the master bedroom suite with with bathroom en suite and sitting area, double bedroom with shower room en suite. All bedroom suites have Dornbracht bathrooms with Philippe Starke fittings, whilst the master bathroom also has a Kohler hot tub, spa and outdoor shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Outside, there's a private swimming pool with waterfall, Jacuzzi and Pavilion with its own eating area and beverage fridge, plus a giant Viking BBQ and al fresco dining terrace.

Private swimming pool 10m x 5m, Jacuzzi, poolside pavilion, pool towels, BBQ. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. For entertainment, there's a cinema room, satellite TV, Sonos sound system, Apple TV and Netflix via 55" Sony TV Screens, wifi, DVD player and DVD library. Villa essentials include a gym, board games, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, safes, telephone and parking.

Weather & Seasons
The Caribbean is a perfect year round destination. The peak season runs from December through to April which is the dry season. May to November are the slightly wetter months, however it's still a great time to travel as the temperatures are hot and the rain tends to come in short heavy bursts. The wettest months with the most humidity are September and October and these are the most probable months for hurricanes.
Getting Here
Direct international flight from London to St Kitts. You will be met on arrival at St. Kitts and then transported by boat (it only takes a few minutes) to Nevis and then on to the villa which is close to the pier.
