Villa Cavtat is a modern and spacious coastal villa that's ideal for families, located on a quiet road yet remains close to cafes, restaurants and some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. This charming property is elegantly presented both inside and out - with a cool, minimalist open plan interior, and fabulous outdoor living space. The large pool, surrounded by umbrella-shaded loungers, is the perfect spot to cool off after a day exploring the area. There is also an outdoor bar area, al fresco dining terrace, and shaded poolside comfy seating. Cavtat is a delightful little town, well known for its rich culture and history. Bustling Dubrovnik is just 25 minutes away.
Accommodation
On the ground floor, there's the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, plus a bright and airy double bedroom, furnished with an en suite bathroom and access to a small terrace. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room.
