This modern beachfront villa has direct garden access to the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche, and is set in one of the most popular resorts on the island's east coast. Circled by well-tended gardens, this light, airy and spacious villa offers wide, panoramic terraces with sea views, and is characterised by its modern architecture and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. If you get tired of the beach, then Sicily’s most beautiful south eastern towns, such as Siracusa and Noto, are just a few kilometres away, and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, as well as Mount Etna, are all within reach.
Accommodation
The shady ground floor terrace has a dining area and outdoor kitchen, as well as a comfortable lounge area. Inside, there is a bright living area with sitting room and kitchen, both opening out on to the terrace. Large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow light to spill in and provide lovely views of the garden. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms (one double and two singles) with shower rooms en suite and terrace access. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
