Set right beside a rocky beach and tiered into the hillside for gorgeous views across the bay, this is a contemporary luxury villa near Rogoznica, perfectly laid out for indoor and outdoor living. Light, bright and airy, this wonderful villa is furnished with style and flair. With accommodation spread over three levels, Arcadia’s paved outdoor areas reach right down to sun loungers at the water’s edge. With the historic harbour town of Trogir 30km to the south, and the superb beaches of Primosten just 6km north, the house is 1km from local amenities in Rogoznica, and within easy day-trip reach of both Split and Sibenik.

Accommodation

At the villa’s ground level there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room, and a smart kitchen-cum-games-room, opening out to a breakfast terrace, and furnished with a pool table which converts to a dining table. The middle floor is the living area, with colourful cushions and chairs in the sitting and dining rooms, and several glass doors to the swimming pool terrace, where an al fresco living space overlooks the pool and the sea, and has an outdoor fireplace and a barbecue. And the top floor is shared by three charming bedrooms - a double bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom (that can convert to twins) that shares a shower room with the twin bedroom. All top floor bedrooms lead on to the sea view balcony which runs the width of the building.

Private swimming pool 8m x 3.5m (1.6m deep), outdoor shower, BBQ, shaded al fresco dining with comfy seating too.

Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. For entertainment, there's a pool table, wifi throughout, TV in all bedrooms. Utility room has washing machine. Air-conditioning throughout.
