Direct access to the sea is immediately below the villa and shared bathing platform and a shingle beach is just a short walk further on. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in the nearby villages of Vathy and Katomeri less than 2km away.

With a crisp, contemporary interior that's designed for indoor / outdoor living, this luxury villa a spacious open-plan living / dining / kitchen space. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. All have ensuite shower rooms. The villa has air-conditioning throughout.
