The villa is a haven of peace in the most exclusive area of the Palmeraie, yet just minutes from the city centre. It is a vast property of several hectares planted with olive trees and palm trees. At its heart is one of the oldest houses of the Palmeraie, updated to provide all modern luxuries. It's built on the foundations of an old farmhouse and manages to retain its authenticity, and is one of these few rare residences in Marrakech with tons of space and light.
Accommodation
The house is composed of three areas:
The large courtyard that gives access to three large suites and the living room and dining room and the large terrace in front of the olive grove.
Beyond this area there's a second courtyard around which are three additional bedrooms. Then you reach the swimming pool surrounded by trees and overlooked by two large suites.
In all rooms the decor is simple and unpretentious, the atmosphere of the house is cheerful and warm.
The large living room with its fireplace opens on to a beautiful furnished terrace. The dining room is adjacent to the living room.

Private heated swimming pool, pool towels, alfresco dining terrace, further terrace with comfy seating, clay tennis court. Fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment, there's wifi, satellite TV, further TVs, stereo sound system, hammam, library.

Neighbourhood
Villa is 20 minutes from the airport, and the centre of Marrakech is just 15 minutes away. The concierge service can arrange all transfers for you.
Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is very hot and sunny in July and August, but for the rest of the year it's fabulous. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.

3 hour flight from London, followed by a 20 minute transfer to the villa.
