This wonderful villa is tiered into an olive cloaked hillside directly above Krouzeri beach, and set just below its twin sister-villa Odysseus. Penelope has two open-plan living rooms, one at ground level with a games area and doors to the poolside, the other on the floor above, opening on to the sea-view balcony. Both are bright and inviting and each is complete with kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi and smart TV. The villa’s four bedrooms are also air-conditioned. Outside, a heated infinity pool is set in a lawned and decked garden, and a covered terrace is furnished for al fresco dining, overlooking the pool and bay and joined by a barbecue area. A series of steps lead down to the long pebble beach, with a couple of tavernas an easy stroll away. There are tennis courts at nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel, and boat rental can be pre-booked to make the most of the coast.
