Located at the heart of the beautiful Phranang Peninsular, and accessible only by boat, this luxurious Thai resort is surrounded by striking limestone cliffs, emerald waters of the Andaman Sea, three white sand beaches and Krabi’s National Marine Park.
Accommodation
98 two-storey pavilions and four luxurious beachfront villas are scattered throughout the resort's landscaped gardens. All pavilions feature a tropical interior of dark woods, glass doors and handcrafted furniture blending perfectly into the cinematic surrounds. Some Pavilions have an additional bedroom downstairs, perfect for families and Hydro Pool Pavilions have a private garden with hydro pool and barbecue terrace. Spa Pavilions have a private garden with gazebo and outdoor Jacuzzi. The Raitalay two-bedroom villa has a kitchen, living and dining room and hydro pool, and the resort's other two and three bedroom villas all have swimming pools and a butler service.
Activities & Experiences
The Rayavadee offers all guests complimentary non motorised watersports such as windsurfing, canoeing, and hobie cat sailing and snorkeling. There's also diving, fishing, spa treatments, rock climbing and an extensive choice of day trips on land and at sea. We recommend speed boat excursions to nearby islands and, perhaps Koh Phi Phi, which is half an hour away.
Facilities & Services
There are four eateries: Raya Dining caters to Western palates; Krua Phranang is the best choice for scrumptious Thai seafood dinners by the beach; Raitalay Terrace is for daytime snacking and evening meals by the pool; and the Grotto offers light bites in a spectacular limestone cavern, with special seafood barbecues several times a week.
The Rayavadee Spa's extensive range of therapies draw on ancient Thai healing traditions and a philosophy of well-being that combines body, mind and spirit to create treatments that impart a deeply felt sense of relaxation in luxurious, private surroundings.
Weather & Seasons
November to April is the best time to visit.
