In addition, yogic sleep and yogic detox experiences allow guests to enjoy the benefits of relaxation to aid sleep and general wellbeing. For guests new to yoga who wish to enjoy an introduction to the discipline, the Discover Yoga programme offers private sessions of gentle hatha yoga, including meditation and breathing exercises, supplemented by signature massages and energy treatments.

Weather & Seasons

The driest months to visit this tropical destination are December to March. November and April are also good months but there might be some rain. May to October is the monsoon season with downpours occurring as sharp blasts once or twice a day, rather than heavy rain all day.

Getting Here

11 hour international flight to Bangkok, followed by a 1 hour domestic flight to Phuket, followed by a 45 minute speedboat ride to Yao Noi. Maybe stop-over in Bangkok enroute and stay somewhere like downtown Metropolitan Bangkok or The Siam for boutique riverside luxury.
