Casetta Angeli, Amalfi Coast, Italy

Delightful 2 bedroom villa with sensational sea views, close to Positano

7 nights exclusive rental from £3,700. Flights and car hire available at an additional charge.

The big draw of this lovely little hideaway villa is its pretty terrace and sublime sea views. With whitewashed walls and bright blue shutters, the house is approached via steps through the gardens of a private hillside estate and is quietly located at the end of the path. The Casetta has a cheerfully furnished living room with an open arch to the galley kitchen, and two simply styled bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bath or shower. All the rooms have French doors on to the outdoor terraces. Eighty steps below the villa, the communal swimming pool is sunk into a stone walled terrace over the sea; and stepped footpaths lead to a semi-private beach, ten minutes away, and to shops and restaurants just 300 metres from the estate. Positano’s main town beach is a fifteen minute walk from the house.

Weather & Seasons

We recommend that the best time to visit the Amalfi Coast is in spring or late summer, when temperatures are pleasant and humidity levels are low. In July and August the problem isn't the heat, it's that the area is crammed with tourists.

Fly to Naples, followed by a 70 minute transfer.
