Set on a rocky shoreline, with spacious terraces to enjoy the wonderful sea views, this charming family villa is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Kanoni and Batara beaches and just 1km from the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and nightlife in Kassiopi.

Accommodation

This comfortable family villa, in an enviable location, really makes the most of it with terraces and verandas on three levels. All enjoy fabulous views across the bay to Albania’s coastal mountains, and all are furnished to form expansive al fresco living space. At ground level, just a few feet above the sea, a lovely infinity swimming pool is joined by a generously sized children’s pool, and overlooked from the main sitting/dining veranda, where big arches frame the views. The sunny upper terrace is shared by two large bedrooms, and the double room on the top floor has a private balcony. Each of the four bedrooms has an en suite shower room, a TV and air conditioning, and the house has a play room and open-plan living/dining room.

Private swimming pool 7.8m x 5.5m, childrens' pool 4.4m x 2.5m (0.8m deep), pool towels, built-in BBQ, al fresco dining space, table tennis. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave. For entertainment, there's wifi, TVs, DVD & CD players. Villa essentials include

washing machine, hair dryers, safe, insect screens.

Villa Rental Includes

Welcome provisions, air-conditioning, mid week linen change and maid service for 3 hours, 6 days per week.

Neighbourhood

Set on the headland which is crowned by Kassiopi’s fortress ruins, Villa Aktea is an easy walk, along a fairly quiet road, from Kassiopi's amenities and nightlife, making it an especially popular choice for families. Nearby, tavernas and water sports including sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding are 3.5km away on Avlaki beach, and the shops, restaurants and bars of St Stephano are 6km.

Mediterranean climate. Warm and sunny from Spring to Autumn, with temperatures around 30°C during July and August.
