Second master double bedroom (super king size bed) with bathroom en suite with freestanding bath and separate shower, opening to terrace; plus guest WC and utility room.
Facilities
Private swimming pool 12m x 5m (1.5m deep), pool towels, outdoor shower, outdoor BBQ. Kitchen has coffee machine, wine fridge, American fridge / freezer, oven, hob, filtered water system. For entertainment, there's wifi, satellite TV, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, DVD library. Villa essentials include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers and safes in all bedrooms.

Villa Rental Includes
Maid service 3 hours per day 6 days per week, mid-week linen and towel change. Cook service included in July and August - 2 meals per day 6 days per week. Pre-arrival grocery shopping and delivery service.

Yialiskari beach is below villa, with Kalami beach 600m away. Shops, restaurants and water sports Kalami 600m, tavernas in Agni and Kouloura (both 1.5km), shops, restaurants and bars St Stephano 8.5km.
