Accommodation

Eagles Palace has 160 rooms, suites and bungalows, so there's something for all budgets and requirements. Some have private pools. Rooms feature either a balcony or terrace and marble lined bathrooms, air-conditioning, LCD televisions and basic wifi. With the exception of standard rooms, they also have Nespresso coffee machines.

 Meanwhile, Eagles Villas (located on the hillside just behind the main hotel) is a collection of 40 independent villas, all with private pools, stunning views over Ammouliani Island and two separate restaurants.

Activities & Experiences

One of the resort's trump cards is its excellent water sports centre with a PADI dive school and various motorised and non-motorised water sports such as kayaking, water skiing, wake boarding, windsurfing, and snorkelling. On land, there's yoga, tennis, beach volleyball and a fully equipped gym. The hotel can also organise excursions to Mount Athos or Ouranoupolis, suggest local walking or cycling routes, or arrange private boat trips to allow you to explore the beauty of Halkidiki.

Families

Eagles Palace is a fabulous family playground. Led by childcare professionals, The Explorers Club has age-themed activities. So, the wee ones (from 4 months to 4 years old) have their own dedicated space complete with a sleep room - The Nest - while older children (up to 13) can attend the beachside Shack, boasting a huge array of toys, games and activities programmes - including art classes, treasure hunts and sports. A kids' pool, sandy shaded playground and special watersports programme are also available for an unforgettable family holiday.

Facilities & Services

Eagles Palace has four restaurants serving an extensive range of Greek and international cuisine and a number of snack bars to enjoy all day dining. Melathron offers buffet breakfast and dinner using influences from around the world and is the main restaurant used for guests booking half board. Armyra serves Greek cuisine with the emphasis on fresh fish, whilst Kamares is a fine dining restaurant with

views of Ammouliani Island and the bay.

Weather & Seasons

Halkidiki is warm and sunny for most of the year. From April/May onwards the weather settles but it can sometimes be cool in the evenings. By mid/end of May, the weather generally settles in a pattern of long hot sunny days and balmy evenings.

In July and August, expect highs of 27°C. 

Getting Here

It's a 3 hour 30 minute flight to Thessaloniki from Gatwick, followed by a 90 minute transfer.
