Danai's three restaurants give you a range of meal-time options. The most up-market of the three is Squirrel, where chef Vasilis Mouratidis serves up gourmet French flavours. For a particularly memorable evening, opt for the tasting menu. For dining en famille, Andromeda and the Seahorse Grill are both decidedly child-friendly from the welcoming service to the well-thought-out menus. Seahorse serves the most traditional Greek cuisine, and the relaxed Andromeda restaurant has an ever-changing menu of international dishes.There are also two bars: the Sea Side Bar where guests can enjoy cocktails all day until late at night and the Pool Bar open in the daytime. At Danai Beach, barbecues, wine tasting and private dining experiences are also offered.

Weather & Seasons

Halkidiki is warm and sunny for most of the year. From April/May onwards the weather settles but it can sometimes be cool in the evenings. By mid/end of May, the weather generally settles in a pattern of long hot sunny days and balmy evenings. In July and August, expect highs of 27°C. The weather in Halkidiki is normally gorgeous in September and October too.

Getting Here

The closest airport is Thessaloniki which is well served from the UK. The flying time is approximately 3 hours 30 minutes, followed by a private transfer to Danai Beach in just under an hour.
