who helped to design both). Ett Hem is a 15 minute walk from the city centre and just moments away from the designer shopping and lively nightlife of Stureplan.
Accommodation
The 12 rooms and suites at Ett Hem all have a lovely, cosy and welcoming feel, with tactile sheepskins, carefully picked artworks and hard-to-leave marble-and-brass bathrooms. All rooms include king-sized beds, an iPad for personal use, Sonos surround sound system, slippers and bathrobes, TV, and complimentary WiFi.
Activities & Experiences
Stockholm offers an abundance of things to see and do. It's filled with art galleries, museums, water-ways, cobbled streets, designer boutiques, lively bars and exceptional restaurants. You can explore on foot, bikes or boats - or a combination of all three! In fact, with so much to see and do, you might like to take advantage of one of our expert guides. For those that want to see the islands beyond the city, we could organise a rib or sail boat tour around the archipelago.
Facilities & Services
Breakfast, dinner and lunch are served in the orangery or the dining room where the chef can cook delicious homely meals upon request for you, catering to individual preferences. There is also a big library and lounge area for you to relax in. For a bit of pampering, the sauna/spa area in the basement is very convenient. There's Reformer Pilates kit and yoga mats down there too. The beautifully tended garden courtyard is another lovely space to sit to enjoy the surroundings.
Weather & Seasons
Stockholm is a year round destination but is arguably at its best from late Spring to early Autumn. From May to September temperatures are warm (at least 20°C) rising to as high as 30C° in the height of summer. During the winter, temperatures plunge but December is very
popular for a pre-Christmas escape.
Getting Here
It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight from London to Stockholm, followed by a 45 minute transfer to Ett Hem.
