Accommodation
Villa Alkhozama is a brilliant blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary features, with bespoke furnishings and intricate ‘tadelakt’ plasterwork. With air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout, the elegant sitting room has doors that lead out at ground level to an outdoor shaded sitting and dining area, leading to steps that lead down to a lower level, where two en suite bedrooms share a cinnamon scented courtyard with a 12m swimming pool. With full time housekeeping and chef services, Alkhozama includes all meals and beauty and massage treatments, and various sporting and sightseeing activities can be arranged.
For larger groups, Alkhozama can be paired with one or both of its sister-villas: the magnificent 7 bedroom Villa Ezzahra (with an optional 8th bedroom in the owner's garden pavilion) and the superb 3 bedroom Villa Azzaytouna.
Thus accommodating up to 26 guests in fully catered luxury.
Facilities
Private swimming pool 12m x 3.5m (1.5m deep), shaded al fresco dining and comfy seating spaces, hammam and spa treatment room. For entertainment, there's wifi, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo.

The fully staffed villa includes air-conditioning, a chef service for all meals, chosen from a menu of local and European dishes; price of all meals included in rental fee, as are all non-alcoholic drinks; laundry service; unlimited use of hammam and unlimited spa treatments; a chauffeur for visits within Marrakech; one return airport transfer; daily housekeeping and turndown service; concierge service.

ATM, chemist are available locally to the villa. Extensive choice of golf courses within 8 to 15 miles. Marrakech's Medina approx 15 minutes drive.
Weather & Seasons
We recommend avoiding Marrakech in the peak summer months of July and August - it's scorchingly hot! But for the rest of the year it's fabulous. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.

3 hour flight from London, followed by a 20 minute transfer to the villa.
