Set on a private estate and circled by its own large private landscaped garden, this elegant and beautifully styled villa provides a fabulous 3 bedroom villa option for a week or two of winter sunshine. Within the grounds, the 13m swimming pool has its own changing facilities and a shaded poolside dining pergola; and a tennis court (shared with other houses on this private estate) and fitness room if you fancy a workout. The villa is served by dedicated staff, who include a House Manager, maid and a cook. There's a pretty al fresco dining terrace and an indoor dining room. Local concierge service is also included to organise excursions in to the Atlas Mountains and trips in to the Medina.
Accommodation
Dar Tourtite has high-ceilinged rooms, sumptuously styled with rich fabrics, enhanced by beautiful prints and paintings. A lovely dining room opens to a shaded al fresco dining terrace, bordered by flowers. The dining room is open-plan to the gorgeous living room, which iopens out to the main garden terrace beautifully furnished with comfortable seating. Each of the two ground floor bedrooms (with super king sized beds) are ensuite and open out to its own terrace. The Master bedroom on the first floor opens has king size bed and en suite with bath and separate shower. It opens out on to a large and comfortable roof terrace, forming an outdoor living room with sofas and table and providing a stunning panoramic view of the majestic Atlas Mountains.
Guests are looked after by the staff, and the villa is not available for self-catering. The kitchen is for staff use only but guests can store drinks, snacks and baby foods in the fridge.

Private heatable swimming pool 13m x 5m, (0.8m to 1.5m deep), pool towels, pool house with shower room, loo, fridge, and dining gazebo. Clay tennis court shared with other villas on the estate. For entertainment, there's wifi, Smart TV, DVD player.

Villa Rental Includes
The non-resident Villa Manager will greet you on arrival and be available for any assistance during your stay. The villa has a full time maid and cook included and daily breakfast is provided within the rental fee. Lunch and dinner are paid for locally and start at £12 per person for two courses (50% discount for children under 10). The villa also comes with a local concierge service.

Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
Getting Here
Flying time from UK to Marrakech is 3 hours, followed by a 40 minute transfer to the villa. We can organise flights, transfers / car hire for you.
