Ground floor has open plan living/dining/kitchen space opening on to the terrace, plus utility room and cloakroom; and two twin bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. The first floor has the master double bedroom with bathroom en suite (bath and separate shower) opening to large seaview terrace; plus a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Private swimming pool 10m x 5m (1.2m to 2.4m deep), outdoor shower, pool towels, BBQ, al fresco dining and comfy shaded seating space.
Kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, nespresso machine, blender, toaster, kettle. For entertainment, there's wifi throughout, Smart TV, CD and DVD player, DVD library.
