Located on the majestic north east coast and just a five minute stroll from shops, cafés and restaurants in scenic Cala San Vicente (and only 5km from Pollença), this charming whitewashed villa sits in prime position on the tip of a peninsula, with private steps leading down to a sandy beach, with two more within a 10 minute walk. The villa is furnished for comfort in country style over four levels with sea view bedrooms, and big comfy sofas, a fireplace and window wall in the sitting room. In the garden, the 17m swimming pool is set above the sea, accompanied by a pool house with fridge and dining area; whilst outside the villa an open terrace, in dappled shade, is comfortably furnished and perfectly placed for pre-dinner drinks at sunset, before stepping in to the terrace dining gazebo for dinner.

Weather & Seasons
Mallorca is a year-round destination and arguably best in late Spring and early Autumn. During the summer (June through to September) there's very little rain and daytime temperatures average around 27°C, and it gets a few degrees warmer in July and August. In October and November the temperatures are around 23°C mark and you can still swim in the sea.

It's a 2 hour 30 minute flight to Mallorca from the UK, and the villa is 67km from the airport in Palma.
