 Close to the dramatic Na Xamena cliffs on the island's north east coast, this fabulous contemporary clean-lined villa enjoys magnificent panoramas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscape. The exquisite roof terrace is designed for sunsets and stargazing and the entire property beautifully combines indoor and outdoor living spaces, with copious use of wood and stone in its glamorous interior, blending imperceptibly with open terraces, accessed via full window walls. Surrounded by rock-strewn gardens, filled with shrubs and trees, the villa is further enhanced by a wonderful free-form swimming pool and an al fresco dining space amongst the trees.


Ground floor: Master double bedroom opening to large furnished terrace with in-room Jacuzzi, 2 showers (also with steam bath function) and walk-in wardrobe; 3 further double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, and two opening on to a terrace; self-contained staff quarters. First floor: entrance hall and cloakroom, large open plan sitting room with dining, TV and kitchen area opening to pool terrace and breakfast terrace; additional professional kitchen; double bedroom with en suite shower room opening on to a terrace. Villa Rental Includes

Maid service (6 hours per day) and breakfast service 6 days per week, provided by the resident staff couple who live permanently in self contained quarters on the ground floor of the property. Cook service by a professional local chef is available at a charge. 


The villa is just 950m from the restaurant and spa at Hotel Na Xamena and the nearest beach is approximately a half hour walk (8 minute drive). The shops and restaurants of Port de San Miquel are 2km whilst the shops and restaurants of Santa Gertrudis are 8km. The airport is 20km.

Weather & Seasons

We recommend that the best time to visit the Amalfi Coast is in spring or late summer, when temperatures are pleasant and humidity levels are low. In July and August the problem isn't the heat, it's that the area is crammed with tourists.
