Set on a private estate, this chic villa is styled throughout in cool neutrals, with flagstone floors, 3 four-poster en suite bedrooms (plus 2 twins) and all rooms open out to a terrace overlooking the grounds, one shaded and furnished for al fresco dining, another, a spectacular roof terrace, perfect for Atlas Mountain views and night time stargazing. The sitting room is elegantly and comfortably furnished and leads through to the dining room, and both have open fireplaces for cooler evenings. In the beautifully manicured gardens, a 12m swimming pool and poolside pergola complete the picture. Guests also have use of the estate's clay tennis court and gym. Local concierge service is also included to organise excursions in to the Atlas Mountains and trips in to the Medina.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall, cloakroom, open plan sitting room with dining area opening to terraces. Kitchen. 2 double bedrooms opening to a terrace with bathroom en suite with separate shower. 2 Twin bedrooms (1 twin bedroom is only suitable for children as accessed through the other) opening to terraces. Bathroom with separate shower.
First Floor: Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite and separate shower, large furnished roof terrace (accessed from the master bedroom and via a separate staircase from the ground floor).
Facilities
Private heatable swimming pool 12m x 5m, (1m to 1.5m deep), pool towels, pool shower, poolside gazebo. Clay tennis court shared with other villas on the estate. For entertainment, there's wifi, TV, DVD and CD player, iPod dock.

Villa Rental Includes
The non-resident Villa Manager will greet you on arrival and be available for any assistance during your stay. The villa has a full time maid and cook included and daily breakfast is provided within the rental fee. Lunch and dinner are paid for locally and start at £12 per person for two courses (50% discount for children under 10). The villa also comes with a local concierge service.
Guests are looked after by the staff, and the villa is not available for self-catering. The kitchen is for staff use only but guests can store drinks, snacks, medication in the fridge.

Weather & Seasons
Marrakech is best avoided during the peak summer months of July and August - it's simply too hot! But for the rest of the year you can expect it to be warm and sunny. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
Getting Here
Flying time from UK to Marrakech is 3 hours, followed by a 40 minute transfer to the villa. We can organise flights, transfers / car hire for you.
