Set in the picturesque village of Saint Siffrett, conveniently close to beautiful Uzès, this lovely 6 bedroom villa is surrounded by a large, peaceful garden, and is a wonderful place to just relax or as a base to head out and enjoy the the sights of Provence.

Light, spacious and elegantly designed open-plan living spaces on the ground floor, together with 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom (can be twin) with dressing room and ensuite bathroom, leading out to the terrace; a second double bedroom with a dressing room and direct access to the terrace, sharing a bathroom with a 'kid's room' with a sofa bed.
Upstairs on the first floor, there are 3 ensuite double bedrooms.

Private swimming pool 12m x 5m, stone-clad jacuzzi, pool towels, sun loungers, outside shower, shaded outdoor comfy seating, al fresco dining, shaded outdoor kitchen with plancha, refrigerator and plenty of storage, as well as a shower and WC. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen (ovens, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), and a fully equipped storeroom (2nd fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer).
The ground floor has an underfloor heating/cooling system. There is air-conditioning on the first floor.

Weather & Seasons
Provence enjoys a pleasant, Mediterranean climate. On average, Provence gets 300 days of sunshine each year, with warm but mild temperatures. Summer is high season here, with August bringing the hottest weather with highs of around 30°C. Spring is a great time of year, the weather is warm (swaying between 16°C and 20°C) and the crowds are small. If you want to see lavender fields then it would be best to visit the region in June. In October the weather starts to cool.
Getting Here
Fly to Montpellier or Marseilles, followed by a 90km or 135km drive. Alternatively TGV to Avignon, followed by 40km drive.
