Villa Amane is comprised of a villa and riad (a house around a courtyard) in a beautiful private garden of 3 acres located just outside Marrakech in a peaceful setting. The property offers magnificent views of the Atlas from the panoramic terraces. The villa and riad are very well appointed and extremely comfortable with lovely bedrooms, 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated), a private tennis court, boules pitch, a private spa and full house staff (butler, cook, maids, gardeners). Perfect for a relaxing break for an extended family gathering.
Accommodation
On the villa's ground floor, there's a large entrance hall with fountain, a living room with a fireplace, a Moroccan lounge with flat screen TV, an elegant and spacious dining room for 14 people and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also an ensuite double bedroom, whilst upstairs there are two more ensuite double bedrooms. as well as the first bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms - one with separate sitting room and a private terrace. There are 3 more ensuite double bedrooms in the riad, plus an ensuite twin bedroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, TV and DVD player.
Facilities
Outside there is a large covered terrace with 2 living areas, an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs for dining in the shade of olive trees or umbrellas, a private pool 11m x 11m with a sound system, a pool house with shaded relaxation lounge, another private pool 8m x 4m (always heated), a spa with hammam, massage room, sauna, plus a panoramic terrace with views of the majestic Atlas Mountains.
There's also a floodlit private tennis court, petanque pitch, and table tennis.
Villa Rental Includes
Breakfast is included. For other meals, you may choose between the two following propositions: (a) You take care of shopping and the staff is prepares and serves meals at the table for a fee of €5 per adult and per meal. 50% discount for children under 12 years old and free for children under 3 years old. (b) The chef will offer a choice of meals and dishes, wines and beverages (soft drinks, water). Staff will take care of food shopping, cooking and table service - charged at €18 per adult on half board or €30 for full board. Wines and spirits are not provided by the villa but can be delivered on request at cost price.

Neighbourhood
10 minutes drive from the golf at Amelkis and Royal Golf. Marrakech is 25 minutes drive.
Weather & Seasons
We recommend avoiding Marrakech in the peak summer months of July and August - it's scorchingly hot! But for the rest of the year it's fabulous. For example you can expect highs of 20°C in December and January, 25°C in March and 29°C in May and October.
If you want to go to Morocco during the summer, head to the Atlantic coast. We can recommend villas and boutique beach hotels.
Getting Here
3 hour flight from London, followed by a 35 minute transfer to the villa.
